The SB4.0 Conference has negotiated preferred rates and pre-booked rooms at various local hotels. Before making a reservation, please note the following:

To receive the preferred conference rate, reference “SB4.0 Conference at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology” when making room reservations.
All room rates are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars, per night. Exchange rates vary on a daily basis. Go to http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic/ for a general idea of the currency conversion.
To receive the preferred conference rate, DO NOT make room reservations online, see specific instructions for each location below.
“Twin” and “Double” both refer to double occupancy.
The hotels are booked on a first come, first served basis until all pre-booked rooms are filled.
Some rooms/lodging are reserved for students only, as noted below. To qualify as a student, you must be a high school, undergraduate, or graduate student.
