Enter the following information to register for the conference. Registration will remain open until September 1st. All registration needs to be completed in advance. There will be no on-site registration.
If a fee is required, you will need to pay either via PayPal or by check / money order. If you elect to pay with PayPal, you will be auto-directed to their site after submitting your registration information. After successfully logging into your PayPal account and confirming your payment method, you will be directed back to the conference site and asked to authorize the total charge. If you are having problems using PayPal, select the ‘Check / Money Order’ option at the end of the registration form and you will receive instructions for making payment with your confirmation email.

Be sure to click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the page to send your information to the database. You will receive a confirmation email after successfully completing the registration process.
